To act as the operational anchor for the South Region, driving the successful execution of Google for Education (GfE) deployments, Google Career Certificates (GCC) growth, and regional training initiatives. This role bridges the gap between high-level strategy and on-ground logistics, data management, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Infrastructure Deployment
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end inventory, logistics, and physical deployment of hardware at partner sites.
- Technical Onboarding: Support the initial setup phase for software ecosystems (e.g., Google Workspace), troubleshooting basic technical hurdles for new partners.
- Vendor Oversight: Supervise third-party vendors to ensure delivery and installation timelines are strictly met.

Data Management & Analytics
- Data Stewardship: Maintain and organize regional program data, ensuring 100% accuracy and integrity.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (enrollment, completion rates, etc.) and create visualizations to track progress against benchmarks.
- Strategic Reporting: Generate weekly reports to highlight potential risks and identify growth opportunities for senior leadership.
- Stakeholder & Partner Liaison
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional partners, ensuring long-term engagement and effective program utilization.
- Operational Support: Resolve day-to-day queries from existing partners to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Business Development & Training
- Growth Support: Identify new institutional leads and deliver high-impact pitches for our suite of tech programs.
- Facilitation: Lead or assist in training modules and regional workshops, ensuring high levels of participant engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, IT or related field.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Google Workspace (GWS) and hardware logistics.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data visualization and reporting.
- Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage vendors and institutional stakeholders.
- Communication: Strong presentation skills for both training and sales pitches.
