Tech Valley is seeking a dynamic, high-octane professional to lead the brand’s narrative and outreach. This role is designed for a storyteller and event architect who possesses a blend of creative flair and strategic management skills. The candidate must have the grit to travel nationwide to execute high-impact tech events and manage government-level collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign & Brand Strategy
- Creative Direction: Lead “big ideas” for marketing campaigns aligned with digital transformation and Google partnerships.
- Proposals: Develop and submit marketing proposals to both internal and external clients.
- Multi-Channel Execution: Design and manage end-to-end digital and offline campaigns, including Social Media, Email, PR, and SEO.
- Content Excellence: Oversee high-quality visual and written content production for the Center of Excellence and other marketing assets to ensure a consistent brand voice.
- Event Management & Field Operations
- Nationwide Execution: Plan and execute tech summits, workshops, and training programs in cities such as Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Quetta, and Peshawar.
- On-Ground Leadership: Serve as the face of Tech Valley at events, managing logistics, vendor relations, and VIP hospitality.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with government officials, international partners, and educational institutions.
- Communications & Reporting
- Strategic Writing: Craft press releases, newsletters, and keynote speeches.
- Impact Reporting: Produce data-driven reports post-campaign and post-event to showcase ROI to stakeholders.
- Media Relations: Maintain a network of journalists and influencers to amplify initiatives across Pakistan.
Candidate Profile: Who You Are

- Fast-Paced Veteran: 3-5 years of experience in a startup, tech hub, or high-pressure agency.
- Excellent Communicator: Flawless written and verbal English and Urdu; comfortable presenting to large audiences.
- Creative & Analytical: Able to think outside the box for creative designs while using data to measure success.
- Road Warrior: Willing and excited to travel across Pakistan, often on short notice.
- Problem-Solver: Ability to find solutions under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in managing large-scale events and marketing budgets.
- Technical Tools: Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp.
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Google Tools and design software like Canva or Adobe Suite is a significant plus.
