About Tech Valley Pakistan
Tech Valley is Pakistan’s official Google for Education and Canva for Education country partner, based in Islamabad. We work across the public and private sectors — from provincial education departments (Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, KP) to institutions like Beaconhouse, LGS, and TMEG — to deploy Google Workspace at scale and run professional development programmes that build lasting capacity in the education sector.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of major initiatives across our Workspace deployment and professional development portfolios. The candidate should lead end-to-end project lifecycles across our digital education initiatives. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing large-scale projects involving public sector departments, educational institutions, and private partners. The ideal candidate possesses strong project management methodologies, proposal writing expertise, and a solid background in education and training facilitation.
What You’ll Do
- Scope, plan, and deliver complex digital transformation projects in the education sector on time and within budget.
- Design and deliver professional development programs, Trainings, and technology adoption workshops for educators and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of public sector (education departments, HEC, provincial bodies) and private sector (school networks, corporate clients) stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional delivery teams and coordinate with technical, content, and field teams to keep projects on track
- Lead the drafting of technical and financial proposals, grant applications, RFPs, and policy documentation for government bodies, international donors, and private entities.
- Resolve conflicts and roadblocks — internal or stakeholder-facing — quickly and constructively
- Stay fluent across multiple concurrent product and programme tracks (Google Workspace, Google for Education, professional development curricula) and ramp up on new ones quickly
- Represent Tech Valley in stakeholder meetings, project reviews, and public-facing engagements.
What You Bring
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Policy, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields (PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a strong plus).
- Experience: 4–7 years of experience in project management, ideally within the EdTech sector, government liaisons, or international development.
- Strong technical fluency — comfortable with Google Workspace and education technology, and able to speak credibly to technical stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and content across government, corporate, and classroom audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills — someone who builds trust easily across different teams and personalities, and resolves conflict without unnecessary friction
- Experience managing communications and relationships with both public sector and private sector stakeholders
